Summary:
This study aims to examine and evaluate the Tawarruq Operations carried out by Islamic banks in Kuwait.
In order to reach this goal the research defined the concept of Tawarruk, and clarified the scholars discussions about it, then, tries to detect it’s applications in the Islamic banks in Kuwait , through special questionnaire prepared for this purpose, which will be distributed to Kuwait Islamic banks customers and employees .
The study concludes after analyzing the results of the questionnaire, big differences in the Tawarruk Operations between Islamic banking applications related to the presence of the commodities and its possession and transactions …etc., thus leading to a significant difference in the legal status and the economic effects related to this process.
